Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Smarty Panthers Studio, a UK-based company ("we", "us", "the Promoter"). Any questions about this prize draw: team@smartypanthers.com.
2. The prize draw
The "Gremlin Hunt Monthly Prize Draw" (the "Draw") is a free-entry prize draw run each calendar month on the Inkwood Adventures platform. It is not a lottery and no purchase is necessary to enter (see clause 5).
3. Eligibility
- Open to parents / legal guardians who hold a Smarty Panthers account, aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
- Children may not enter. Entries and any prize are attributed to, and awarded to, the adult account holder only.
- Employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone connected with the Draw are excluded.
- One account = one entrant. Entry is tied to the existing account relationship; we do not add entrants to any new marketing list as a result of entering.
4. How to enter
- An account holder is entered into a given month's Draw by submitting at least one gremlin report (via the in-product "report a problem" gremlin) during that calendar month.
- One entry per account per month, regardless of how many reports are submitted. Submitting more reports does not increase the chance of winning. Report quality or content has no bearing on entry — we never want to discourage a genuine report.
- Entry period for each monthly Draw: 00:00 on the 1st to 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month (UK time).
5. No purchase necessary — free alternative entry route
In-app reporting is currently available to signed-in account holders. To keep the Draw open to everyone and free to enter, an equal alternative entry route is available with no purchase and no subscription required: send your name and account email to team@smartypanthers.com with the subject "Gremlin Draw entry — [month]" during the entry period. Alternative entries carry the same chance of winning as in-app entries.
6. Prize
- There is one prize per monthly Draw and one winner per month.
- The prize for each month is announced on the Inkwood Adventures platform at the start of, or during, that calendar month. We keep the prize a nice surprise, and it varies month to month.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative unless stated. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner selection & notification
- The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the month end.
- The winner is notified by email to their account email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
- The winner's first name and county only are available on request to team@smartypanthers.com for one month after the draw.
8. Data protection
- We process entrants' name and account email solely to run the Draw and award the prize, under our existing account relationship and legitimate interests. See our Privacy Policy.
- We do not create any new marketing list from Draw entries and do not share entrant data with third parties except as needed to fulfil the prize (e.g. a voucher provider).
- Child-profile data is never used for the Draw; entries are attributed to the adult account only.
9. General
- Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Draw (or these terms) where necessary for reasons outside our reasonable control; we will publish any changes.
- We may disqualify entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This Draw and these terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
- This Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any voucher provider that may be named as a prize.
